About Chris

I am a clinical psychologist with experience in both the public and private health sector. Early in my career, I worked in youth mental health supporting young people and their families. I then transitioned to helping people of all ages experiencing drug and alcohol issues. Following a move to the Mornington Peninsula, I worked as a senior clinical psychologist in adult public mental health for a number of years. I am excited to now be working full-time at Westernport Psychology.

I have experience supporting people with a range of difficulties including: depression, anxiety, obsessive thinking, trauma, problems in relationships, grief, substance use, neurodiversity, personality disorders, persistent pain and issues related to gender, sexuality and intimacy.

I have a particular interest in men’s health, working with young adults, childhood trauma, relationship difficulties and substance use.
